hello guys, i have a new recipe from my book "1000 recipe and a recipe" and it is potato pies

i hope you like it

this is how the recipe looks like in the book

this video is to show you how to do it practically

add 1/4 cup warm milk, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 Tbsp yeast

leave them for 10 mins

so the yeast doubles

add 2 cups of flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 Tbsp olive oil, and 2 medium sized eggs

knead well

cover with plastic wrap and wait till it doubles

leave the dough to rest depending on the weather, if it's summer then leave it for 30 mins, 1 hour for winter

Stuffing: 2 Tbsp butter, 1/2 cup onion, 1 cup sweet pepper, 1 cup mushroom, and 1 tsp grinded garlic

mix well

add 300G cubed potato, 1 Tbsp curry, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper

add 1 cup of corn

mix well

add 1/2 cup coriander

move from the stove and leave to rest

divide the dough to 6 pieces and leave to rest for 15 mins

roll the dough

put a bit of water on the dough

put cheese

for the cheese, mix 1 cup of mozzarella and 1 cup of  cheddar cheese

get 1/2 cup of the stuffing and 1 Tbsp cheese

do the same thing for the other pieces

put 3 Tbsp oil

and put it in a frying pan

after it's heated, lower the temp

it takes 5 mins on each side

1/4 cup mayo with 1 cup yogurt

1 tbsp lemon

1/4 tsp thyme

mix well and serve

you can put in the oven as well
